Finding the right products

Moisture retention

Unlike straight hair which allows sebum oil (natural oil produced by your scalp) to travel the hair shaft fairly easily. Curls and kinks prevents oil from traveling down the hair shaft. We recommend a good moisturizer, ongoing treatments, and a good sealant.

Hair Porosity

Here's a biggie. Hair porosity is how well your hair absorbs and retains moisture. Natural hair has a mind of it's own and porosity (types) on the same head of hair make this a struggle for clients on their own. However, our bi-weekly treatment services control and improve your porosity.

Shrinkage
